On the whole, a wonderful...
- What did you like most?Room was great and also pool area, restaurants and bars too. Decor in the lobby was lovely including the enchanted garden. enjoyed the fountains.
- Was there anything you didn't like?would have been nice to have coffee and tea making facilities and more TV channels. The staff were a bit hit and miss, most were courteous and some very helpful, particularly the house keeping, I thought they were exceptional but I also encountered some sarcastic and rude staff at the entrance of the hotel. front desk at check in and out were courteous but not very friendly.
