Big clean rooms, great location
- What did you like most?Had a big room with a separate sitting area, which was great. Very clean. Location excellent - close to everything, lots of food choices, a few minutes from Central Park. Having a microwave and fridge was great coz eating out all the time over a longer stay is too much. Especially for early morning breakfasts.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Overly soft pillows - literally no support for the head. Very noisy old AC unit. Furniture and deco is dated (but clean and comfy). Staff were a bit hit and miss depending on the day/time. No complimentary water, tea-coffee stuff. Very little flexibility on checkin / checkout times. Example: I arrived 2 hours early. My room was actually ready, so they put my baggage in it, but would not let me into the room unless I paid 50 dollars extra. Makes no sense and is customer unfriendly.
