Reviews
The room and location were...
- What did you like most?Excellent location, making it easy to get around the city. The room was spacious, which is not always common in New York, and the bed was comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Overall, our stay was good, but there were some issues that were very disappointing. There were no towels available for the guests when we checked in. I was informed that the towels would arrive later that night, but even after waiting until late, they never arrived. The next morning, there were still no towels. Since I was traveling with my senior parents, my husband, and my young son, I had no choice but to go out and buy towels myself. In addition, there were no linens provided for my son’s bed. We were given an email address to contact the manager about these problems, but I never received a response or any kind of compensation.
