Terrible and terrifying hotels with...
- What did you like most?The location but nothing else, impossible to like anything else.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Everything, we didn’t have any heat, no hot water when outside it was about -10 degrees or 15F. They said they will refund us at 100% for the first 3 days and then 80% of the cost for each other days, so we are waiting for the refund (almost 1 month and 0 news)
Absolutely awful place to stay

- Was there anything you didn't like?We had to move rooms 3 different rooms in 3 nights furniture dated and worn nowhere to hang or put your clothes fridge not working heaters not working properly or at all no towels in our first room and omg so noisy from nightclub directly under hotel literally room was shaking from around 10.30/11pm goes on until early hours of the morning you cannot sleep through it it’s really that bad highly advise DO NOT stay here at all ruined our Xmas trip to nyc and staff really weren’t that helpful at all
